DESCRIPTION:A psychotherapy group for individuals seeking to better understand and heal their relationship with body image and food. Grounded in culturally informed and trauma-responsive practice\, this group explores how family messages\, cultural expectations\, and lived experiences shape patterns such as restriction\, overeating\, shame\, and self-criticism. Participants learn to recognize emotional and behavioral cycles\, develop more compassionate internal narratives\, and build sustainable\, intuitive practices for nourishment and body connection. \nRecurring 2nd Sundays of the month at 2:30 PM EST – 4:00 PM EST via Zoom \nRegistration is Required to attend\, after you register we will reach out to you with next steps \nClick Here to Register  \n\nAll current clients are eligible to join\, only one additional form required\nIf you are a new client\, you will need to complete our onboarding process (consultation\, paperwork\, individual intake session)
