About Me 

I’m a licensed social worker who loves helping folks refit the pieces of their lives — like overlapping identities, mental health, past experiences, responsibilities, and relationships — into a healthier whole.

As a biracial donor-conceived person and a neurodivergent, queer daughter from an immigrant Chinese American family, I especially love working with folks from my communities. In the past, I’ve been honored to support Asian immigrant single parents rebuilding life after domestic violence, educators fighting burnout, and LGBTQ+ high school students balancing activism with education.

My style is eclectic, person-centered, relational, and curious, with a dose of respectful, wry humor. I use trauma-informed principles and mindful, body-based approaches to help build a sense of felt safety and a connection between inner parts. I believe that mental health is political; individual well-being is tied to the culture and society we live in. I often draw approaches from Liberation Health, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
