DESCRIPTION:10/1/26 – 11/5/26 \nRecurring weekly on Thursday evenings for 6 weeks \nAn intimate psychotherapy group for Asian and Asian American individuals exploring identity\, belonging\, family expectations\, and the pressures of being “enough.” Through guided dialogue\, shared stories\, and culturally responsive clinical frameworks\, participants will deepen insight into the emotional and relational patterns shaped by diaspora\, racism\, and intergenerational narratives. This group offers a supportive space to practice vulnerability\, strengthen self-compassion\, and cultivate community with others navigating similar journeys. \nRegistration is Required to attend\, after you register we will reach out to you with next steps \nClick Here to Register  \n\nAll current clients are eligible to join\, only one additional form required after completing sign up form\nIf you are a new client\, you will need to complete our onboarding process (consultation\, paperwork\, individual intake session)
