(She, Her, Hers)
Psychotherapist & Consultant
MA, NCC, LPC
I am a National Certified Counselor and am receiving training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT). I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I am committed to an inclusive, person-centered, culturally affirming, and strengths-based approach to clinical practice. Currently I work in community behavioral health with children, teens, and families—many of whom have survived significant traumas. As such I focus not on asking, “What is wrong?” but on “What has happened?”
I am a daughter of Chinese immigrants, and much of what I’ve learned about our family’s history and experiences, about our culture’s traditions and values, were passed down through narrative. This instilled in me a natural curiosity in others’ stories. I believe our past and present narratives intersect and evolve, and through this story-creating and story-telling process, we can find ways to thrive and to identify. I would be honored to listen to your story, to accompany you on your journey toward growth, healing, and wellness.
