Couples

Couples Therapy

Navigating identity, love, sexuality, stress, and relationship pain can create a sense of powerlessness, hopelessness, and dread. There are many pains that folx experience deeply rooted in the past and alive in the here and now that create tension, contempt, and conflict between couples. You are not alone. We offer personalized couples therapy packages to assist folx in relationships in finding committed action and relational alignment.

Family/Group Therapy

Our family and group therapy services are tailored to address these specific needs, providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore cultural identity, intergenerational conflicts, and communication barriers. We offer culturally sensitive therapy that honors the rich traditions and values of AANHPI cultures while empowering families and groups to build stronger, healthier relationships. Our experienced therapists are committed to fostering understanding, resilience, and harmony within the AANHPI community.

Group

Free Mental Wellness Group Programming (Virtual)

Asian American Mental Health Seminar

A core value of our programming is a deep connection to our communities. We partner with communities and advocates to offer community conversations on the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, class, disability, and religion, broadly discussing a sense of belonging, citizenship, and home. All groups are led by our staff members whom facilitate an open discussion on various topics.  Join us to listen or share your opinion/experiences in this safe space.

AAHNPI Mental Wellness Seminar

Our Counselors provide monthly workshops on mental wellness topics. In addition, Mental Wellness seminars provide members with opportunities to learn more about mental wellness, and develop skills in addressing the complex stressors of Asian/Asian-American and other intersectional identity topics. Mental Wellness Seminars are facilitated by our South Asian Clinical staff members. Register here.

South Asian Listening Circle

South Asians are often left out of conversations about the highly diverse Asian/Asian American demographic. Here at Mango Tree, we have a quarterly group closed to people who identify as South Asian to discuss the nuances of South Asian identity and mental health. Topics include shame, intergenerational trauma, resilience, and culture. Register here.

Stress Management/Resilience Building Group

Take some time out of your day to cope with everyday stressors that consume your life.  Learn to live with stressful moments and strive through difficult time through different techniques facilitated within our group!  (To be continued...check back in for an update on registration link)
