About Me: 

I am a Philadelphia based Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my master’s degrees in mental health counseling  (MSEd. & MPhilEd.) from the University of Pennsylvania. When working with my clients, I utilize a person-centered and healing-focused approach to meet their individual needs. I also have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as specific trauma focused treatments. My clinical interest and areas of specialty focus on working with individuals struggling with attachment-based issues, depression and anxiety, with sexual orientation and gender identity, relationships, and trauma.

I have had to learn different languages and adapt to new countries and cultures at multiple stages of my life. This has pushed me to explore and establish an understanding of my own racial and cultural identity as a Third Culture Kid, and as an immigrant. It is due to these experiences that I am passionate about being able to help my clients to process and navigate their own identities.  

Whether you have seen a therapist in the past or this is your first time, I am here to provide a safe space and help guide you along your journey to self-exploration and meaningful change. I hope to have the opportunity to join you along your path to building resiliency.
