About Me:
I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved to Philadelphia to pursue my master’s degrees in counseling at the University of Pennsylvania. Before entering the mental health field, I spent several years working in consulting and accounting in the corporate world. After experiencing burnout and reflecting on what felt most meaningful to me, I decided to shift careers and pursue my passion for mental health.
My own experience navigating career transitions and adjusting to life across cultures has
shaped a deep appreciation for the complexity of identity, belonging, and personal growth.
These lived experiences help me connect with clients in a grounded and empathetic way,
especially those exploring who they are, working through transitions, or carrying the weight of needing to & quote on quote ; have it all together.”
My approach is rooted in a person-centered framework that emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. At the same time, I draw from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.
