True North Psychotherapy Group : Workaholism, Gambling, Debting
August 9 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
A supportive, therapist-led group exploring how Asian identity, family expectations, and scarcity culture shape our relationships with money and work. Together we’ll unpack patterns like overworking, debting, gambling, people-pleasing, and financial avoidance, and how these behaviors often emerge from intergenerational pressure and survival strategies. This group offers a compassionate space to understand financial disorders through a cultural lens and to build healthier, values-aligned practices with earning, spending, saving, and rest.
