An educational introduction to intergenerational trauma in AANHPI communities. This seminar examines the historical and cultural roots of inherited trauma, the stories and survival strategies passed through families, and how these patterns commonly appear in behaviors such as perfectionism, emotional restraint, and over responsibility. Participants gain foundational knowledge to better understand the links between history, family dynamics, and present-day emotional experiences.
