🌿 The Belonging Series - Therapuetic Arts Group PsychotherapyÂ
There are 2 separate workshop offerings for this therapuetic art series. Each workshop will kick off with a free open house session. Then there will be 3 additional sessions that require registration. The open house session is free and open to the public.

đź”¶Â In this four-part experiential group, participants will engage in movement-based theatre games, creative exercises, and guided group reflection. Sessions explore:
- Joyful embodiment and play
-Â Permission to rest and imagine
-Â Building connection through shared presence
Movement is always welcomed, never required — participation is by invitation, not expectation. Come exactly as you are.

đź”¶Â This expressive arts therapy group uses self-portrait making to explore self-acceptance, identity, and body image healing.
Through four creative perspectives, participants will see themselves as:
- A physical body
- A body shaped by society
- A self shaped by personal ideals
- Their true, unfiltered self
Together, we’ll use art to challenge perfectionism, question cultural standards, and find a deeper sense of belonging.

What to expect from art therapy:
No artistic experience is needed! Art therapy uses the creative process to help explore feelings, manage stress, improve self-awareness, and support mental well-being — all within a safe and supportive group environment.

Existing patients
If you are an existing patient, no additional steps are required. Please sign up via the sign up button above, we will be in touch with additional details near the time of the group's start date.
New Patients
All new patients must undergo a free 30-minute consultation and have an intake session with us to ensure you are properly onboarded to successfully participate in the group. Patients must complete this process prior to the start of the group. Additional fees will apply. These fees will include the cost for the required intake session that is required to attend groups. We will be in touch with additional details near the time of the group's start date. If you have any questions please email associate@mangotreecc.com.
Medical Insurance - Behavioral Health Benefit - Responsible for Co-Pay
Patients have the option to utilize their insurance plan to cover sessions. You will be obligated to cover any copayment/coinsurance/deductible obligations if your plan has any. If you are new to using your insurance, please be sure to check in with your insurance company prior to committing to utilizing your insurance to cover sessions. Our group NPI is: 1154913325, providing this to your insurance company will help them locate benefits for telebehavioral health services. For group sessions we utilize CPT code 90835. Please email associate@mangotreecc.com with any questions or concerns regarding insurance usage.Â
New patients only: Insurance companies require patients to have an intake session before starting sessions. Please note that after your consultation, you are required to have an intake session with the clinician running the group as an introduction session. This session will be billed to your insurance company as well as the additional 6 sessions that included in the 6 week program.
Self Pay (Sliding Scale)
Patients have the option to pay for this group on a sliding scale rate. All payments will be made via Therapy Notes. All patient are required to have a Therapy Notes account set up with us prior to the start of the group. Please review the options for sliding scale payments:
Individual Sessions (pay for a specified number of sessions) : $50- $65 per session
1 payment for all 3 sessions (save 10%) : $135 - $175
