Behavioral Health Consulting

Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting works with organizations to co-create initiatives that seek to create brave and inclusive workplaces and communities. In addition, our team works with Asian-American organizations and communities on developing behavioral health programming to enhance wellness and increase access to mental health care.

Mango Tree Mental Health Consultation for Providers

We are committed to cultivating talent and supporting other API healing providers. Our team hosts monthly peer-to-peer consultation groups that focus on the intersectionality of API identity and healing work. In addition, our team hosts monthly inter-disciplinary case consultations that focus on the complexity of API racial identity and the various intersections of our work as healing providers. Group Consultation is provided by Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting’s Director, Dr. Noel B. Ramirez, and staff.

Asian-American Identity Resource Groups

MTCC Therapists provide healing-centered workshops for Asian-American affinity groups and community programming. We work closely with local and national employee assistance groups. We have presented content and programming to different organizations and groups on mental health, developing healing-centered spaces at work, Asian-American Identity and Empowerment programming, collective trauma and healing, integrated health care, and diversity, equity, and inclusion content.
